Home Visits (Dallas, Kennesaw and Acworth GA ONLY) Due to the nature of our business home visit appointments are made with an appointment time window rather than an exact time. **On the day of your pet(s) appointment the team will update you with an arrival time 1 hr beforehand**.
The $75 Home Visit fee is a flat, non-refundable charge for providing mobile, in-home veterinary care and does not apply toward any exams, treatments, diagnostics, or procedures. All medical services are charged separately.
Phone Consultations appointments are 20-minute virtual consultations for existing clients only. Phone Consultations are not for emergencies and do not replace an in-person exam. Diagnosis and treatment may be limited without a physical exam. Fees are non-refundable once the visit begins.
