Appointment Policy

Due to the on-going concern with COVID-19, we are taking additional precautionary measures with recommendations from the CDC to keep our mobile veterinary services safe for our doctor, staff, clients and patients. For this reason, we have updated our appointment guidelines to protect everyone as much as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you or your pet has been exposed to someone who is suspected to be Covid-19 positive we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.

Appointment Guidelines:

  • Please arrive 5-10 min early prior to your pet(s) appointment time.
  • If you are more than 5 min late you will be rescheduled for another clinic date.
  • When you arrive at the clinic location, please call us at 866-880-7443.
  • Once in the parking lot the technician will retrieve your pet(s) to be seen and bring the pet(s) into the facility while you remain in your vehicle.
  • After the exam, and once all services are rendered the Dr. will go over exam findings and answer any questions or concerns, and the tech will take payment.
  • The pet(s) being seen will be returned to your vehicle (along with any medication if dispensed).
  • The paid invoice will be sent via email after services are completed, and a full medical record will be emailed within 24 hrs.

Home Visits

As a mobile veterinary service home visits are an integral part of our practice. Due to the current state of Covid-19 we are taking all necessary measures to keep our patients, clients and staff safe. There are procedures that were already in place prior to Covid-19 such as disinfecting all our equipment before and after every visit but there are new policies that we’ve implemented to keep everyone as safe as possible.

  • We request that all clients present during a home visit wear face mask.
  • We understand that there will be moments where your assistance may be needed but, when possible, please try to maintain 6ft between the doctor and our technicians when examining your pet.
  • For cats, please make sure they are in a carrier upon arrival, or at least confined in a bathroom or small space so your pet is easily accessible to the team for their visit

Lastly if anyone in the household has or suspects that they have Covid-19 we ask that you please reschedule your appointment.
